This home was beautiful and stocked with everyhitng we needed in kitchen. Dining room table is generous and uncrowded. Kitchen layout, with island for nibblers, is good to keep other users out of the cook's way. (Has rain cover for 4 chairs & table.) Grill is very good. Patio has great umbrella and many chairs to chat around the table. This one has the best ambiance, and those items which are "designer" or "modern/upscale" are very good, not just put there to "look cool".
